- Every month, the Assembly officers meet to discuss various topics in more detail than would be practicle at the general monthly meeting. The meeting is open to all members of the Assembly.
The meeting is held at Bishop O'Dowd Council's Santa Maria Hall, located at 2211 Shamrock Dr., Campbell, CA, 95008. For the 2009-2010 Columbian Year, the meetings are on the second Monday of the month, and start at 7:00 PM.

- Come out with your families for dinner at Chevy's, and support the Assembly at the same time! With your coupon (available in the Newsletter, or from the Faithful Comptroller) 25% of all proceeds, excluding alcoholic beverages, will go to the Assembly. We're using the funds raised at these nights out to support the Incarnation Dome at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. This time, we're going to the Chevy's at 511 Coleman Ave, San Jose, CA 95110, near the airport.

- The Color Corps has been asked to provide an Honor Guard for the Ordination of Deacons at Saint Maria Goretti Parish. Bishop McGrath will be celebrating Mass, which starts at 9:30 AM.

- The Exemplification of the Third Degree will be held at St. Lawrence the Martyr Parish in Santa Clara. While no Color Corps has been asked for, all Sir Knights should try to be present to meet the new Third Degree Knights.

- The Color Corps has been called out to provide an Honor Guard for the celebration of Fr. Paul's 40th Anniversary of his priestly ordination. The Mass will be at 3:00 PM at St. Francis of Assisi Parish (not St. Francis of Assisi Council).

- The Assembly meets for a social dinner and business meeting on the fourth Tuesday of the month. The meetings are held at Bishop O'Dowd Council's Santa Maria Hall, 2211 Shamrock Drive, Campbell, CA 95008.
Color Corps practice is held before the meeting at 5:30 PM. A social gathering begins at 6:30 PM, with dinner served at 7:00. The Business Meeting begins at 8:00.
Please let the Faithful Comptroller know if you will be coming for dinner, so he can let the kitchen team know how many to expect.
